How to delete your data

You can delete your RedesIA account and all of your data yourself, at any time, without asking us. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete your account and all your data

1. Sign in at app.redes-ia.com with your email and password, or with Google if that is how you created the account.
2. Open the My account menu at the top right and choose Settings (in the Spanish version of the app: Mi cuenta → Ajustes).
3. Scroll to the Delete account section and press Delete my account (Eliminar cuenta and Eliminar mi cuenta in Spanish).
4. Confirm. We ask for your password if your account has one, and you have to confirm twice, because there is no way back.

Confirming permanently and irreversibly deletes: your account, all your brands, your publishing calendar, generated prompts, images and any other material you uploaded or generated, and everything we imported from your Facebook and Instagram accounts (name, description, logo, colours and recent posts). An active subscription is cancelled in the same step.

The only thing we keep afterwards is what we are legally required to keep — in practice, billing records required by tax regulations.

Delete one business and keep your account

If you have several businesses, or want to start one over, you can delete just that one:

1. Sign in at app.redes-ia.com and open the business.
2. Go to the My business tab and scroll down to Delete this business (Mi negocio and Eliminar este negocio in Spanish).
3. Type its name to confirm and press Delete forever (Eliminar para siempre in Spanish).

This permanently deletes its calendar, its posts, the prompts, the logo, the uploaded or generated images, and whatever we imported from Facebook and Instagram for that business. Your account, subscription and credits stay as they are.

Delete only the Facebook and Instagram data

If you want to keep your RedesIA account and remove only what we imported from Meta:

1. Sign in at app.redes-ia.com and open your brand.
2. Go to the My business tab (Mi negocio in Spanish) and clear the fields that were filled from the import (business description, key messages).
3. Go to Brand resources (Recursos de marca in Spanish) and delete the logo and the images that came from your posts.

You can also revoke our permission at any time from Facebook Settings → Apps and websites.

We do not store your access token

The token Facebook gives us when you connect is used once, during that same connection, to read your Page and your Instagram account — and discarded when it finishes. It is never written to our database, and RedesIA does not call Meta again afterwards. Importing new content requires you to connect again explicitly.

Locked out of your account?

If you have lost access and cannot delete it yourself, write to us from the contact page using the account's email address. We delete your data within 30 days at the latest and confirm by email once it is done.
